Microsoft's AgentRC (MIT licence, free), GitHub's /acreadiness-assess and Factory's /readiness-report already run the audit for free. Training is sold locally at SGD 208 a seat, plus a state programme, and the Vietnamese news source was about hiring ML engineers. Rescored from 16 to 11 out of 25.
