The FTC has sued at least 8 'AI-powered passive income' sellers since 2024, and its Air AI case (settled Mar 2026) was about earnings claims. The best-known example, an AI agent's $29 guide, earned $209,265 lifetime but $116 in the last 30 days. Open-source 'money printer' projects show no verified income for their users. The farm ruled out any 'money maker' product, course or guide.
