Cause of death: the autopsy
The Swedish law covers a shop only if the lender pays it, and small shops pay the lender (Klarna), so most aren't covered. Poland withdrew its draft. Payment providers build the checkout rules into their own widgets. Rescored from 16 to 11 out of 25.
The numbers
None. It was never built, so there are no visitors, sales or ad spend to count. It died on paper, which is the cheapest place to die.
Could rise again if
Sweden's consumer agency rules that ordinary payment-provider checkouts count as paid by the lender, or Poland publishes a dated bill.
