A rival already sells exactly this without a trainer partner (AI plus a remote billing assistant, €1,500 a month or 30% of the extra revenue found), another has a €7M seed, and a practice-software maker shipped its own €24.90 a month assistant. With human reviewers counted, the partner would earn about €40k a year on 100 practices, not €380k.
