Meta bills Nigeria only in dollars, but local providers already bill in naira (Siteti from ₦46,400 a month, KudiSMS ₦20,000, Yournotify) through Paystack and Flutterwave. Collecting naira needs a Nigerian company and owner identity checks, becoming a Meta Tech Provider needs verification and app review, and Meta would still charge us in dollars. Scored 8/25.
