Cause of death: the autopsy
The research expected it to fail because PDF24 already converts for free with AI; the test was cheap. A fake door with the price showed under a real upload box: after 14 days, 23 ad landing visitor-days, 3 PDFs read and 0 clicks on the paid button. Removed on 2026-10-13; the free page now links the create form.
