The federal chart trailed only 3 of 54 jurisdictions (New York, Louisiana, Wyoming), and Social Security staff use it only as a fallback when a claimant shows no proof. Lawyers get the real rate from the award, and WorkCompCentral already sells an offset calculator. The lens's own kill line was hit: 0 of 2 wrong downstream calculators had copied the federal chart.
