Cause of death: the autopsy
Ranked third and given a full plan after a regulator fined a small business 12,000 shekels. A local check the same day killed it for small businesses: database registration was abolished for most firms, the privacy-officer duty covers only public bodies, data brokers and large sensitive-data processors, and many firms and lawyers already sell it. Israel's Bar Association Law also makes drafting compliance documents close to legal advice.
