Cause of death: the autopsy
An AI version already exists: one rival sells AI document reading, bank connection and the yearly documents at €8.90 per unit a month. Buyers of the funded leader pay for certified people and insurance, which the farm can't offer. The base case needed twice the buildings the funded leader serves after three years; the red team cut it from €1.2M to €100k a year.
