Cause of death: the autopsy
The logic was real: a bulk SMS costs ₦1-6 against about ₦9 for a WhatsApp utility message. But Termii, Sendchamp, Infobip, Yournotify and KudiSMS already sell SMS, WhatsApp and email in one account with fallback, and sending SMS needs a licensed aggregator. Scored 11/25.
